What it does, and its limits
- Opens every call by saying it is an AI
- Answers only from approved information about Altiora; it will say when it does not know
- Cannot book meetings or quote prices; asks you to use the contact form to reach a person
- Gives no medical advice; it suggests speaking to a GP about memory concerns
- Calls end after five minutes
Ready when you are.
Before you start: how your call is handled.
- Your browser asks for the microphone. The call runs on Vapi (United States).
- Within the call, Deepgram turns speech into text, Anthropic's Claude writes the replies and ElevenLabs produces the voice.
- Audio is not recorded. A text transcript is kept in Vapi's call log so we can check the demo works. Please do not share personal or sensitive details.
- To ask us to delete a transcript, use the privacy route. Full details: privacy notice and AI transparency.
